Dave brings to the table an impressive educational background, as well as, much work experience in the field. He has a Master’s Degree of Science in Education from the State University of New York. After teaching for four years, he joined Ryland Homes and learned the business from the ground up, literally, and assumed responsibilities in all areas of the business with direct hands-on experience. His position allotted for experience in architectural plan development, construction planning, expertise in wood frame engineering, use of manufactured components, and extensive product knowledge along with product selection. This was acquired over a period of 13 years in positions for both Ryland Homes and Toll Brothers.

With over 35+ years of residential construction experience, Dave is extremely knowledgeable and very confident of what can be done to improve and/or enlarge your home or space. He continues to keep his promises and fulfill the dreams of his clients. Dave’s philosophy centers around two known slogans: “Take care of the customer and business will take care of itself,” – Sam Walton; and “Do what you do so well that when others see you do it they will want to see you do it again, and will bring others to see you do it,” – Walt Disney. These slogans define our workmanship! We are using the best products, finding solutions to seemingly impossible situations, offering a warranty on our work and products installed, and ensuring a pleasant experience throughout the phases of the job. Dave’s daughter, Katie, has been with the company since the “beginning,” and has learned the design and retail side of the company and has stepped into her role on the contracting side of the business. She has been with the company since 2007, starting from the bottom and working her way up. She has done the labor work, up to the designing, and now into the bidding and running of jobs. She has her degree and certification as a Respiratory Therapist, but working with Dad isn’t so bad!
